About
Practice 360
Practice 360 runs the operations behind legal and medical practices, so owners can focus on clients and patients. We're not a software tool, and we're not a one-service agency. We're your practice's entire operations department, run by one team dedicated to you, with AI as our delivery advantage.

Our Company
Who We Are
Practice 360 is a managed service operations company based in Woodland Hills, California. We support law firms and healthcare practices across all practice areas with one integrated team that covers marketing, IT, staffing, and finance. Instead of hiring and managing a stack of separate vendors, our clients get a single team that owns the whole operation and answers for the result.
We handle the systems that keep a practice running and growing, from the first inquiry through to the books at month end. We also stay ahead of the tools that are changing how practices operate, especially AI, so our clients don't have to. As those tools evolve, we build them into how we deliver, and our clients get the benefit without having to learn or manage any of it.
Values and Accountability
We hold ourselves to the same standards we ask you to trust us with:
One team, one accountability
When a function underperforms, there is no vendor to blame. It is on us to fix it.
Specifics over promises
We report on the metrics that matter: SLA compliance, cost per retained case, lead-to-case conversion, cycle-time reduction, on-time reporting. We do not hide behind vague claims.
Compliance as a baseline, not a feature
Confidentiality, trust accounting, and HIPAA are non-negotiable in how we build and operate every system.
Practice owners come first
Every decision we make is measured against one question: does this let the owner spend more time with clients and patients, and less time managing vendors.
Leading with Vision and Experience

Why Legal and Medical
We serve law firms and medical practices only. Legal and medical operations carry weight that generic business software cannot handle. A generalist MSP treats these as edge cases. We treat them as the baseline.
